June 26, 2016      Photo Shoot for Calendar Fundraiser and Show

9 AM - 2 PM

Back by popular demand!

June 26th from 9am-2pm Citizens Park, Barrington, IL South Shelter.

Nirda has reserved a spot for this years photo shoot which will be a part of a 2017 calendar fundraiser as well as the photos will be featured at a later date at a show. The fundraiser is to raise money for NAAF. The photo show is to raise more awareness for alopecia areata.

This year we'd love you all to come out for a picnic lunch (bring your own lunch) as well as the photo shoot. Bring your family! If you'd like them to be in the calendar with you that is great, just let us know. Hopefully weather will be much nicer than last year.

NAAF rules state that we have to have a waiver for anyone in the calendar, which will be provided to those who want to participate.

This year a dad of one of our members has agreed to have the printing company he works for donate the printing of the calendars. This is a huge! And, we are so grateful to him (thanks, Pete).

If you don't want your picture taken, but you would like to come for a picnic please do. It is a beautiful park.

Just to get a count I would love to have anyone who is coming RSVP. We also would like everyone to write up little bit on how alopecia has affected you and your life. If you are a parent you can also write how it affects your family and your children.

Last year's calendar fundraiser raised over $1000. I am positive we can double that this year.

Park address is:
Citizens Park
511 Lake Zurich Rd
Barrington, IL 60010

The shelter is reserved until 6 pm. Everyone is welcome to stay until then, if they'd like.
